The Story

A little bit about me: My name is Jess! I’m a bisexual woman who was born in August 1995 (a proud Virgo). I have a rabbit named Bun and a weiner-dog named Bug. I like design of all sorts, eating pasta and, of course, cross-stitching. I live in Calgary, AB, Canada.

I started Honey Witch Stitch because cross-stitch is one of the few things that truly resonated with me. I feel like it honestly took me up until my adulthood to find a hobby I really enjoyed. I started going to my local needle-art lounge and buying tons of cross stitch kits to occupy myself. After a while, I started designing my own patterns and eventually thought “I wonder if other people would be into this too?”. Turns out they are, which is pretty cool.
